We love to take older, sentimental, unwanted or inherited jewellery

and transform it into something to suit you.

Our customer bought her rings into us for a thorough clean and polish having not had this done since she bought them! It's a rigourous process using 4 different machines, including a steam machine and an industrial polishing motor. We remove all scratches and dirt from the rings and stones leaving them looking brand new again.

Customer - "I was amazed by the difference once polished. They looked like they did when I first bought them. I'm thrilled with the result and will definitely make this a regular clean, they look beautiful."

 This ring was inherited by our customer who wanted to have it remade in 18ct White Gold. She wanted to keep the same details and design as she liked the vintage style to it. After some discussion on design we began work. We had the Opal polished by a specialist to bring back its luster and cleaned the Diamonds to bring back their sparkle. The end result, a modern style vintage design that our customer can now wear everyday.

Customer - "I wanted to keep the same design for sentimental reasons but wanted it remade in a more modern 18ct White Gold. I changed the band to a more simple, substatial design more suited to me. I absolutely love it."

 After realising the band on her engagement ring was wearing very thin and she was worried about losing her stones. After discussing with Rob she decided to get her eternity ring remade at the same time to match her finished engagement ring. We made both in 18ct White Gold in a more modern design.

Customer - "Rob understood exactly what I wanted. I now have 2 beautiful rings that I know are safe and secure. I am always getting compliments on my sparkly new rings!"

This particular customer wanted to keep the same design as her original twisted ring, after having repair work done on it by another company, but to be made in 18ct White Gold instead of Yellow. However she wanted to give the straight 3-stone a bit more of a modern twist.

Customer - "My engagement ring which I loved, lost a claw many years ago which I had fixed by another company. Instead of keeping the exact design they changed it by reducing the height of the setting. I was very disappointed and my engagement ring never seem the same to me after that. Many years later I thought I would see if I could get my ring back to the way it was. I went to Flawless, they understood straight away and redesigned by ring to how it look when I first had it. I am so thankful. Being a very sentimental person my engagement ring is very important to me and having it back to the original design was fantastic. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."

This lady came in to buy her wedding ring when, after trying a few on, realised none of them would sit flush against her engagement ring. Having decided on a wedding band to compliment her engagement ring she decided to go ahead and remodel her ring to fit together. We remade the ring with the thin band beneath the collet to allow the wedding band to sit against it, meaning there is now no gap between her rings, and resulting in one very happy customer.

Customer - "I was very upset to discover there would be a gap between my rings after falling in love with the perfect wedding band. After chatting to Rob he has produced me with a beautiful new ring which now sits beautifully next to my wedding ring."

This customer came in wanting to redesign her 3 rings as she didn't like the look of the rings and felt the mounts didn't show off the beauty of her stones. She wanted to incorporate Rose Gold into the designs and wanted them all to sit next to each other in a stack style design. We discused her options and came up with some ideas. The end result, an 18ct White Gold rubover set Diamond ring, an 18ct White Gold ring with a 9ct Rose Gold collet holding the Emerald and a 9ct Rose Gold Diamond set wedding band, course sandblasted for that shimmer effect. 

Customer - "I love my new rings and really appreciated the time, care and exploration of different ideas with the guy who actually makes them. We explored different shapes, finishes and combinations before we got a really fantastic flexible set of rings. I would definitely recommend a visit."

This customer came in wanting to redesign her 3 stone ring and to incorporate another

Diamond, representing her children. After discussing many different options we came up with a few different drawings, with input from the customer herself and computer generated images, to help the customer see what the final piece would look like. After discussing these designs, we came up with the final idea and produced this stunning ring together. 

Customer - "Rob did a fantastic job reinventing my ring. Adding a stone and changing the design completely. The ring is beautiful and all credit is due to Rob's patience and attention to detail throughout the design process. I love my ring as it is unique and exquisitely made. Thanks Rob, I love it!."

The owner of this ring came in with her Diamond, looking to have to have it remodelled after a recommendation from a previous customer. She wanted it to match her Yellow Gold wedding ring but wanted the top half to be in White Gold to compliment the Diamond.

After going through designs and drawings we came up with the final design and made a computer generated image to show the customer what the finished piece would look like. We made the ring with the 18ct Yellow Gold shank and the 18ct White Gold head and shoulders, and had the diamonds set into the collet, surrounding the middle diamond and down the shoulders. 

Customer - "I have just collected my rings which Rob at Flawless re-designed for me, they are abolutely beautiful, I would recommend anyone to use this family run business they are professional and friendly - Flawless is the perfect way to describe the service but most of all the beautiful rings I now have on my hand. This gentleman came in to commission a from us ring to be made for his wife as an anniversary present. It was to compliment the 3 rings on her left hand, Wedding, Engagement and Eternity, incorporating 3x Blue Sapphires to represent their 3 children.

He designed an image of what he would like using Photoshop and brought the image into us to replicate. We made up a life-like computer generated image, sourced the stones for them to choose their favourites, and made the ring up in it's first stage for her to try on at a fitting before the stones were set. We think it is fair to say the outcome is pretty spot on to the image the customer himself designed!

Customer - "The finished ring is absolutely stunningnd better than we could have imagined, we now have an amazing one of a kind ring that has great meaning to us 

and will be treasured for the rest of our lives."

This was a bangle we made on behalf of our customer who wanted a special gift for her sister-in-laws birthday. Her idea was to make a Cuff Bangle with a design engraved onto the outside, and a special message engraved on the inside.

We started with a plain piece of rectangular Sterling Silver, Rob himself cut the  rounded edges and bent the metal to shape a wrist. He hand drew the detailing and hand engraved this to finish.

Customer - "Just wanted to let you know that my sister-in-law was absolutely delighted with the bangle and although I thought for a moment it was too small for her, it did fit which was a relief!! Mum also thought it was beautiful, a very special gift and memory. Thanks ever so much for pulling out the stops to create this piece, especially with such short notice, really appreciate it and certainly food for thought to have one made for me!"

This customer came in with her ring she had had for many years. Her husband suggested

she throw the ring away as he didn't think the diamonds were worth keeping.

Not able to part with it she brought it into Flawless to work their magic. The brief was to

keep the same design but to modernise it. After a thorough clean of the diamonds and a whole new mount, these diamonds sparkle and glimmer like new again.

Customer - 'I just can't believe these are the same diamonds, the ring is stunning! My husband was completely surprised at the difference when I bought it home, I'm so glad I kept the ring."

We were asked to redesign this lady's engagement ring as the stone was set too low 

into the collet resulting in the point of the diamond coming through the bottom of

the head and catching the customers finger. The stone was also set using rounded claws 

instead of the 'picture frame' claws that should be used for square and emerald cut

Diamonds. We completely remade the ring and set the stone at the correct height, using

the most flattering claws to show of the shape of the large emerald Diamond.

We added diamonds to the shoulders at the customers request,

to give even more of a sparkle.

Customer - "My ring was bought from a jewellery shop in Hatton Garden,

when I was given the ring I noticed the scratching from the diamond.

We took it back to have it repaired but the same thing happened again,

we then took it into Rob who was able to give me exactly what I wanted,

he knew exactly what he was talking about and re-made me the perfect engagement ring.

 This gentleman came in to repair his yellow gold bangle, a oresent from his wife and daughters. The bangle had snapped due to the poor quality of the workmanship. After discussing many options with Rob he decided to get the bangle remade. Rob melted the bangle down to reuse the gold, on the customers request for sentimenal reasons, and after taking the measurements of the customers wrist, began to craft the bangle in the same 'loop and hook' style as the previous bangle.

Customer - "The bangle meant a lot to me as it was a present from my daughters and wife. I wanted to keep the gold to remake another bangle that would last. The bangle looks great, much better than before, you can see the craftmanship is 100 times better."

This ring was inherited by our customer who wanted to remake the ring as the collet was so old the stone was becoming loose and unstable. Not wanting to lose the beautiful diamond she commissioned us to remake the ring in 18ct Yellow Gold. She wanted to keep it in it's original vintage style but with a modern twist, making it neat and tidy with modern design techniques.

Customer - "I love my ring, it's like a new, completely different ring! Rob knew exactly what I wanted, the diamond looks so much cleaner and much more sparkly, I can't believe it, it looks wonderful."

We were commissioned to remake this Diamond 3 stone engagement ring for

a customer into 18ct White Gold. The engagement ring was bought more

than 20 years ago and as the styles have changed the customer

decided she wanted the ring remade into White Gold to match her

other jewellery while still keeping the same style and the original

diamonds.

Customer - "I wanted to change my engagement ring from as I have had the

ring for a number of years and I am no longer a fan of yellow gold. I didn't want

to change the style much as I wanted it to look like the original for sentimental reasons. 

I think Rob has done a wonderful job and it looks beautiful, it still reminds me of when

we first got engaged."

This customer came in after a recent divorce from her then husband. She wanted to make herself a 'Divorce' ring from all of the jewellery given to her during their marriage. This included her engagement ring, wedding ring, an eternity ring and a large Aquamarine ring surrounded with diamonds. Her idea was to combine all 4 rings to make one diamond encrusted 'Divorce' ring, using the Aquamarine as the focal point.

Customer - 'Rob knew exactly what I wanted and produced this stunning ring for me. It is exactly how I imagined it to be and now I have the ring I want using my all of my unwanted jewellery, that's what I call recycling!'

This ring is a piece of history having been through 2 World Wars!

Our customer inherited her Nan's wedding ring after she passed and wanted to wear it everyday as a reminder of what it stood for and as a sentimental memory of her

beloved Nan.We kept the same design and redefined the engraving into the middle

section of the ring. We added the diamonds rows along the top and bottom, in 18ct White Gold, at the customers request to add her own style to the piece and resized the piece to fit. As a tribute to her Nan and Grandad, she also had their names and the date of their marriage engraved onto the inside of the band.

Customer - "This ring means so much to me and I wanted to be able to wear it everyday. Rob done an amazing job designing the additions in keeping with the original style. It now matches my other jewellery and reminds me of my Nan and Grandad everytime I look at my beautiful ring."

This lady came in with her selection of rings from her partner collected

over a number of years. She wanted to make another 3 rings to represent an

engagement ring, a wedding band and an eternity ring, using her existing diamonds but wanted a different design for each. We went through her options and decided which stones to use in which ring as there was a large amount of diamonds to use and in many

different shapes! We came up with the designs together making the rings into each exactly as she wanted. 

Customer - "I wanted to redesign my engagement jewellery into something I could wear everyday. Rob came up with the genius idea to combine the old with the new and remake the rings into an engagement ring, a wedding ring and an eternity ring using all of the original diamonds to keep the sentimental value. They are absolutely beautiful, I love them."

This lady came in with an Opal and Diamond ring her then husband had bought her. Having separated she wanted to use the Opal and Diamonds and design a more modern version. Keeping the same vintage cluster feel, she opted to re-make the ring in 18ct White Gold and add additional Diamonds to the shoulders to add her own touch to the design.

Customer - "I wanted to reuse the Opal as I love the colour and I didn't want the diamonds to go to waste! I was recommended to use Rob to remake my ring into something I could wear, of my own design, without being reminded of my ex. The ring is stunning and I absolutely love it, I recommend everyone with jewellery needs to go to Rob!"

The owner of this particular ring came in wanting to scrap the mount rather than not wear it. After taking a look we persuaded her to keep the ring, there was so much craftsmanship and skill in this ring it would seem a shame to get rid of. 

After discussing some options we sourced a turquoise Cabochon stone to be set into the middle, enameled the small flowers surrounding the centre stone and carried out essential maintenance to make the ring as good as new.

Customer - "I brought in this ring to scrap as I had lost the stone and because of that never wore it. Rob discussed keeping the ring and adding a new stone so that I would be able to wear it all the time. We chose a stone, added the enamel to the flowers around the edge and Rob made the ring more secure as it was a good few years old! I love it now, it feels like a new ring again."
